Ingredients:

  • 240 grams fresh salmon
  • 1 shallot
  • 25 grams gherkin
  • 10 grams fresh chives
  • 80 grams ERU Cheese Spread Gouda Light
  • Olive oil
  • 10 grams frisée
  • Pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Very finely chop the salmon.
  • Finely chop the shallot.
  • Dice the gherkin and finely slice the chives.
  • Spoon ERU Cheese Spread Gouda Light into a small piping bag.

Method

  • Mix the salmon with onion, chives, gherkin and a little olive oil.
  • Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
  • Fill the glasses with the salmon tartar, pipe several dots of ERU Cheese Spread Gouda Light.
  • Garnish with frisée leaves.
